Life is Eternal and indivisible, and Christmas is the medium to seek this Eternal Life which has been covered by false life. Eternal Life is one and that life is in everyone, but because everyone identifies himself or herself as separate life, the Eternal Life, though it exists all the time in everyone, one cannot find. It is Eternal Life and it remains in the hand of Illusion.

Lord Jesus has given the gift of Christmas to the mankind so that mankind may become aware of the secret of Christmas and long to kiss the Eternal Life, through His love by leading honest, sincere and dedicated life for the Lord.

But the play of Illusion is such a game that it deludes the mankind, and it does not allow the mankind to tread the Path of Truth. And therefore Beloved Jesus has to come Age after Age on earth to make the people aware that Christ is Eternal. And Christ cannot be crucified, and cannot die. He is the Eternal Truth and is the very life of everyone.

In this age the same Eternal One came as Meher Baba. And His message is to love God sincerely and honestly and remain dedicated to Him in order to find the Eternal Life.

It is therefore our duty to celebrate Christmas in such a way that the heart may make room for the Lord to occupy it, and mind become the slave of the heart, and this may prove the true celebration of Christmas.

In Eternity there is no time, and there is only Eternal Now which engulfs the past and future of the Illusion. And therefore our motives should be such that we should kiss this Eternal Now when we celebrate New Year.

And that is the celebration of real New Year which may cross the boundary of past and future.

May Beloved Avatar Meher Baba bless us with His love so that one day we may be able to celebrate Christmas in His love Now and Here, which Now maybe free from past and future and Here may be free from the space. And we may be able to live Eternally Here and Now to celebrate Christmas Eternally with all bliss and joy.
