Bhau - Dear Shar, the story about Pleader is really very
interesting. He came to Baba in 1928, and Baba asked him, "What do you
want?" And Pleader said,
Bhau - -- "I want God realization." And Baba said
to him, "I will give you God Realization, because this is My business. I
don't give anything else but God Realization, --
Bhau - -- and as you want God Realization, and as you want
it, I will give it to you. But you have to obey My orders. And Pleader --
Bhau - -- said, "I will obey your orders at the cost of
my life, because I want God Realization." And Baba said to Him, "I
give you two orders, and you select one. The first order --
Bhau - -- is that the Mandali members -- what they are doing
at the present, you also do the same thing. They are cleaning the --
Bhau - -- latrines of the 250 boys who are at the school. The
second order is that you meditate, remain in seclusion, observe fast and
silence. Don't come out of the room --

seclusion in Panchvati cave, which is at Meherabad." Baba gave orders to
the Mandali members, that if anything happens to Pleader, don't report it to
me. Even if He dies, don't report to me." Then Baba took Pleader to the
room near the railway line, and Baba went to the Panchvati cave --
Bhau - -- to remain in seclusion. Pleader was observing

--
Bhau - --- He was thinking that he would get God Realization,
and the other mandali members --

But what happened? --
Bhau - -- After five days, when Pleader woke up in the
morning, he saw a cobra hanging from the ceiling. He was not allowed to go out
of the room. --
Bhau - -- He was observing silence, so he could not call
anyone. He was looking at the cobra, and the cobra was looking at him. And his
real meditation started. --
Bhau - -- He meditated six hours, and at noon, Sidhu brought
milk and water for him. Pleader showed him the cobra with his finger. Sidhu got
so --
Bhau - -- frightened that he lost his speech. He came out,

Bhau - -- Now there was a problem for Pendu and Chaggan. How
to kill the cobra. Pleader was not allowed to go out of the room. It was
difficult for them to kill the cobra while --
Shev Stephen - DearBhauji, Nancy is here in room with me now also...

to him. So Pendu got a bamboo pole, wrapped cloth around it and poured --

He thrust the pole at the cobra, and the cobra, hissing, fell down, near
Pleader's feet. --
Bhau - -- Chaggan and Pendu both killed the cobra. And
Chaggan fainted. According to Baba's order, they did not --
Bhau - -- inform Baba. But when Baba came out of His
seclusion, He went to Pleader, and asked him how he was following the order.
The Mandali --
Bhau - -- members told this incident. Baba said to Pleader,
"Though you followed the second order, but you followed it 100%. I am
very, very happy. I will give you God Realization." --
Bhau - -- But never ask when." Then Baba Himself started
cleaning the latrines of the schoolboys. Pleader came to Baba, and said to Him,
"Baba, give me this work." --
Bhau - -- Baba said, "This is not spiritual."
Pleader replied, "Now I realize, whatever You say, that is spiritual. Now
I realize." And Baba was happy. Baba then sent him to different mountains,
and asked him to meditate, because He wanted to wipe out his impressions of his
so-called spirituality. --
Bhau - -- And he started realizing it at the end. Pleader
came sick to Baba at Meherazad, and he said to Baba, "When will You
fulfill Your promise?" --
Bhau - -- And Baba said, "Very soon." He sent
Pleader to Meherabad on the 24th February, 1959. The 25th was Baba's Birthday.

discourses. In the meantime, there was one Baba lover, Gulabdas Panchan, from
Bombay --
Bhau - -- who went to the toilet. He did not come out for two
hours. --
Bhau - -- When he came out, he said, "This train is
quite new, and the toilet was strange. I was locked in, and I could not come
out. --
Bhau - -- With great difficulty, I managed to open the lock,
and I came out." When he was --
Bhau - --- telling this, I was laughing at him. But then, I
went to the toilet. I could not come out! I was locked in, and we --
Bhau - -- reached Bombay. Pendu, who was the mandali member
in charge for Baba's travel, asked, "Where is Bhau?" I cried --
Bhau - -- loudly, "I am in the toilet! I am locked in,
and I cannot come out!" When Pendu --
Bhau - heard this, of course, he put one leg near the door
and one leg near the toilet. It was so --
Bhau - -- difficult, but he did it. Then he gave me
instructions, "Do this, then do that." And I did, and I came out. --
Bhau - -- When I came out of the toilet, and Baba looked at
me, he said, "Good clearance?"##

Shar Wiseman - :o) Thankyou Bhauji
Kathy Hahn in Toronto - do you remember how you felt, being locked in there
jack - ahahaha!
babadazed Ron F - you ok jack??
babadazed Ron F -
Bhau - Dear Ron, there are many stories when Baba would be
very strict with me. But how to tell in this chat? But one interesting story --
jack - not as clear as Bhau, but...
Bhau - I will tell you. There would be some phase when Baba
would repeat the same --
Bhau - -- thing again and again. He would go on repeating the
same thing again and again. When I would --
Bhau - -- go to Him in the evening for night watch, He would
ask me, "Tomorrow, in the evening --
Bhau - -- at what time will you come?" I would say,
"At 5 p.m." And Baba would say, "At what time?" --
Bhau - -- I would say, "5 p.m." Baba would go on
repeating the same thing again and again for half an hour. Each time, I would
say, "At 5 p.m." One day, --
Bhau - -- I was not in a good mood when I went for night
watch. And Baba said to me, "Tomorrow, at what time will you come?" I
said, "5 p.m." --
Bhau - -- And He said, "At what time?" And I said,
"Baba, I know. Every day I come at 5 p.m." And Baba laughed, and He
said, "I won, and you lost." He wanted --
Bhau - -- to irritate me, and He did. He was very happy!##
babadazed Ron F - lol
webmaster -
Shar Wiseman - Very very happy!
babadazed Ron F - Thank you Dear Bhau - I can't imagine what it must be
like to live daily with Baba!!!!!!
Bhau - Dear Sister Kathy, when I was locked in the toilet, I
was feeling very much --
babadazed Ron F - and for so many years......
EngineerMichael - A great story
Bhau - -- embarrassed, because Gulabdas Panchan was locked, I
was thinking, "He did not know anything. How to get out of toilet." I
was --
Bhau - -- laughing at him. Others did not laugh. But I was
laughing. So I was feeling very much embarrassed. And when Baba asked,
"Good clearance?" I felt more embarrased in front of others, and they
all laughed.##
Bhau - Dear Ron. It is Beloved Baba's compassion that we
could --
Kathy Hahn in Toronto - not a wise idea to laugh at the foibles of others...
Bhau - -- live with him. He would suffer and suffer for us.
And we would not --
jack - now I just laughed at you, so I guess Baba's gonna
get me!

Shev Stephen - Soundsd like my life in America for the past 28 years!
(the toilet story)
Janet M - If Baba didn't have a sense of humor, I don't think I
could love him at all.
Kathy Hahn in Toronto - mine too
8th Wonder - :-) LOL I am not going to lock toilet for a while!
Bhau - -- realize this. It was only His help and compassion
that we could live with Him. He's really the most Compassionate Father. And His
compassion --
Bhau - -- is beyond imagination.##
Bhau - Dear Sister Stella, where are you?
babadazed Ron F - yes................ Jai Baba!!
jack - if Baba didn't have a sense of humor, we wouldn't be
here...
babadazed Ron F - LOL - ah Jack!!!!
Janet M - He's the Ultimate Prankster!
Bhau - Dearest Steven, Kathy, Janet, 8th Wonder, Ron, Jack
and you dear ones. I am really happy to hear your remarks regarding my being
locked up in the toilet. You are all good. Such stories --
Bhau - -- make us laugh and laugh. At the same time, we
remember Him.##
Bhau - You are right, dear Jack. Because of His humor, He
remains always cheerful, though He suffers --
Bhau - -- and suffers infinitely. His humor gives Him joy,
and He maintains it. ##
Bhau - Dear Ron and Sister Janet, you are right! 100%! We are
always wrong --
Bhau - -- because we are in Illusion, and the Beloved is
always right, because He is the Truth. But at least, you are right.##
Shev Stephen - Dear Bhauji, can you remember things that Baba siad about
His sense of humour? I often feel like His living Cartoon.
Bhau - In five or ten minutes we will close, because Bhau
came from the Northeast Gathering today, and did not get a chance to rest this
afternoon. Stephen, he will reply your question in a few seconds.##
Bhau - Dear Stephen, Baba would always say that because of
His sense of humor, He can --
Bhau - -- suffer infinitely and enjoy. His sense of humor is
a great help in His Universal Work. Such remarks He would make --
Bhau - -- very often##
Bhau - Very quiet!##
EngineerMichael - Dearest Bhau, thank you ever so much for chatting with
us.
jack - Jack's wife, Kim, asks: I'm sorry to interrupt and
change the subject for a minute, but Bhau, I've been riding and training my
wonderful horse for a few years, and have found this activity to be a pathway
to Baba for me (I think!). I was wondering if He ever had anything in
particular to say about horses and those who work with them? Thank you.e ever
had anything in particularupt
Janet M - Thank you, Bhauji. WE LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!
babadazed Ron F - Yes!!! Thank you Dear Bhau -
sufi17 - Thanks Bhau
Bhau - You are all so quiet, that I feel that you are feeling
Beloved Baba's silence in your hearts. May Beloved Baba speak, and may your
heart hear His voice, so that you remain absorbed HIm, while doing everything
in the world.##
webmaster - Thank you Bhauji for coming and speaking with all of us
this evening
Kathy Hahn in Toronto - Dear Bhau, thank you, it means so much to be able to
talk with you - thank you for giving us so much of yourself in His love.
Shar Wiseman - You must be exhausted Bhauji...we send you all our
love and wish you sweet Baba dreams tonight
Bhau - Dear Sister Kim, I used to ride horses, but I did not
know about training. But Mehera loved horses, and Baba would --
Bhau - -- always keep one horse for her. The last was Shiba,
and Baba --
Bhau - -- would go to Shiba every day, and He would give her
carrots and --
8th Wonder - Thanks Bhauji, I will see you in London by Baba's will
Bhau - -- different fruits. And Shiba loved Him very much.
When we went back to Meherazad in 1957, after the accident, Baba --
Bhau - -- asked Sarosh that Shiba should be given to the
Army, with the instructions --
Bhau - -- that Shiba should be cared for very much. Then,
when Shiba was given to the Army, she stood first in the race.##
Kathy Hahn in Toronto - I dreamt of a white horse just before I went to India,
and did not find out till I was there, that Baba is known as the White Horse

Bhau - Dear Sister Kathy, in the Kali Yuga, it is said that
the Avatar will come down on earth, and keeps a --

Please take good care of yourself.
Bhau - -- white horse. That is the sign of the Kali Yuga
Avatar. So whatever you say, may be right. But I don't know exactly what it is.
But --
Bhau - -- Baba kept a white horse during His New Life. There
was not a spot of any color on the body --
Bhau - -- of the horse. He was totally white. When the
procession started --
Bhau - -- from Banares to Hardiwar, the white horse was the
--

animals followed, and also the Mandali members.##
Bhau - I feel very, very happy to chat with the dear ones of
the Beloved. May Beloved Baba give you joy and you feel Him strong in your
hearts. Jai Baba to you all. --
